  1. Agreed. I’ve made some cupcakes with sweetener before but they were the sort flavoured with lemon or some other strong ingredient that sort of hid the lack of sweetness. Sweetener can replace sugar well in a lot of cooking but with baking the real deal is best for me personally.

    Oh I have no interest in lowcarb cupcakes, and most cookies. But darn those pancakes, oh yeah I miss pancakes.
