  1. Thanks for the shout-out, Frank.

I will be due for a new pump this fall and will be choosing between the Vibe and the t:slim. Not quite sure which I will select, but if I do go for the Vibe, I will select silver. Although I don’t like how the Dexcom CGM is integrated into the Vibe, I am very happy with it as a pump. I think that you will find that a pump makes your diabetes life easier, but it definitely takes a while to get your settings dialed in. I look forward to reading about your pump journey on your blog:-)

    • Thanks, Laddie. Interesting perspective…I don’t have a CGM but I chose the vibe for the option of the Dexcom integration. Although I don’t have a lot of pumps to choose from in Australia…

  2. Hey Frank, I love the color background. The vibe looks cool. As an aside I love my dexcom,

I referred your blog to the TUDiabetes blog page for the week of May 16, 2016.

  3. I’ve been waiting for you to post about how pumping is going! Looks like it’s going just fine, and OMG they didn’t even cut you open! I had a good laugh at that one.

  4. OMG I love peoples reactions. I think people get the wrong impression because you have to get admitted to hospital to claim one.

It is very tiring when you’re new on a pump, but I’m excited to see what you think the longer you have it.

  5. HAPPY BIRTHDAY FRANK! I’m so glad you got that wonderful birthday pump ;). And very glad you seem to have recovered nicely from the surgery, lol. Great post.
